New Shift Available LPN

This new position is an evening slot with no weekends or holidays scheduled. It is 72 hours per pay period. The shift is 2:45-11:15.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The LPN position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, choices and care plan. The LPN mentors and monitors T.M.A’s, C.N.A’s, and residents during their shift. The LPN works closely with the Nurse Manager to manage the day to day functions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The LPN is required to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification. Experience in gerontological nursing is preferred. Must possess excellent clinical skills and and understanding of the nursing process in order to monitor the nursing care delivered by the TMA and C.N.A.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.21 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
